At Ur Mobile, we aim to deliver your mobile accessories, headphones, and speakers safely and on time. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone or SMS.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, strikes).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message (SMS/WhatsApp) containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • You can use this number to track the real-time status of your package on our courier partner’s website.

5. Damages and Issues in Transit

  • Ur Mobile is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we pack our electronics securely to prevent damage.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Please ensure your shipping details, including your PIN code and mobile number, are accurate at checkout. Re-shipping due to address errors may incur an additional shipping fee.
